About Us

The Knights of Columbus Santa Fe Council #2978, founded in 1946, is a Catholic men’s organization dedicated to the service of God, Church and community.

The Knights were founded by Father Michael J. McGivney over 129 years ago in New Haven to unite men of the Catholic faith and to help families in need.  The Knights of Columbus offers the opportunity for men to live and grow in service to their faith community and families of Cheshire.

Nationally, the Knights have donated more than 150 million dollars to charitable causes and have provided more than 75 million hours of volunteer effort to those in need.

The Knights meet on the second Tuesday of every month at St. Bridget of Sweden Parish Hall.
