Cheshire Knights of Columbus Proudly Announce 2026 Scholarship Recipients
In this, our fifteenth year presenting scholarships to deserving young students, we of the Santa Fe Council Knights of Columbus take great pride in announcing our 2026 recipients:
2026 Judy Rowinski Scholarship Winner

Luke, who is entering his Junior year at Xavier High School in Middletown, has been the Judy Rowinski Scholarship recipient for the last three years. He is a graduate of St Bridget School where he was a member of the National Junior Honors Society. He currently volunteers with the American Parkinson’s Disease Association and the St. Vincent de Paul homeless shelter.
2026 Michael McGivney Scholarship Winner
Gabriel Njeim

Gabriel has just graduated from Cheshire High School where he was well known for founding the Disciples of Christ Club, an unusual accomplishment in a secular school. He will be enrolling at Binghamton University this fall studying Integrated Neuroscience in the pre-med program. For the past two years, Gabriel attended the parish Mission Trip, helping to make a difference in the lives of others.
